Great question! We are able to 3D print parts up to 800 x 800 x 900 mm (~31.5 x 31.5 x 35.4″). We also specialize in joining parts into even larger assemblies using pins / grooves to form strong, mechanical bonds, so we can assemble parts that are much larger than our build volume!

We are able to provide our fastest turnaround when you choose one of our tuned and calibrated Core Materials. Our Core Materials include White Lightweight PLA, Black Standard PLA, and Black Standard PETG. We are able to print most common materials available for FFF / FDM 3D printing, so if you need a particular material not included in our Core Material set such as Nylon or a carbon fiber filled material, we are happy to do this too! Keep in mind that materials that are not in our Core Material set may require additional time and a Material Calibration fee.

Our typical turnaround time for a single, big part is typically 1 – 2 weeks. Smaller parts often ship faster. The timeline for receiving your final product depends on the size and scope of your request. We’ll keep you updated with an estimated timeline as we begin printing, complete printing, perform post-processing steps, and ship your part(s). We offer expedited service if needed.

While we specialize in making big parts, we are also great at producing smaller pieces. We recommend a minimum feature size of >1mm, but otherwise there is no minimum size for a job. We can accept orders for individual small parts, batches of small parts, individual large parts, and batches of large parts.
